Malignant nonchromaffin paraganglioma of the stomach

      Abstract

      A patient with a nonchromaffin paraganglioma of the stomach in whom vertebral metastasis developed is described. These tumors are usually benign and are best treated with surgical excision. Metastases are rare, grow slowly, and may respond to radiotherapy.
