Abstract
- 1.1. Dermoid cysts of the omentum are rare.
- 2.2. No description can be found in textbooks or journals.
- 3.3. Isolated case reports are all incomplete.
- 4.4. They are more frequently found in women.
- 5.5. Symptoms are vague, diagnosis difficult.
